Project Costing - Copying a Budget Plan

When copying a Budget Plan in Project Costing, the values distributed across the periods cut off on the current date.
For example, a $4M budget spread across (1/1/2013-12/31/2013) needs to be revised and extended because the project will now be extended to 4/30/2014. When the 12 period budget plan is copied to the new 16 period budget plan the amounts spread through December 2013 cut off in September 2013.
