OEM migrate to high Highly Available

Hi Gurus.

What would be the roadmap for "migrate" OEM12 with the following characteristics:

I have an OEM 12.1.0.1.0 standalone and I have 4 servers for high availability:

2 ORACLE RAC 11.2.3.0.7
2 Weblogic 11g cluster

check list:

1. Installing the Oracle RAC database and repository. (New)
2. Install Weblogic cluster. (new 12.1.0.3)
3. Install a new OEM in the weblogic.
4. OEM standalone shutdown.
5. datapump backup repository.
6. restore backup in new ORACLE RAC repository.
7. ready

this is possible as well?
