Need the clarification on Local Database OEE on Deployment Server

Hi,

Currently we are using the Application Release 9.0 with TR 8.98.3.3.

Server information is :

Deployment Server Local Database is : 10gr2

Database Server is : 10gr2

Now we are moving the H/W Locaion from one Data Center to another Data Center and at same time we will upgrade our Database server from 10gr2 to 11gr2.

First we wil upgrade the Local OEE database from 10gr2 to 11gr2 so during the upgrade of Database server 10gr2 to 11gr2, Development will be continued.

Local database 11gr2 and databse server 10r2 will support the package build and deployment during this process ?
