R12 : Aplied the EBS 12.1.3 patch but the system is reporting as 12.1.2

Hi,

We applied the 12.1.3 patch but the system is reporting as 12.1.2

From the adutconf.lst we can see :

 ID Product Group Name           Appl Sys Name   Release      Type

  1 Default product group        EBSCBS          12.1.2       Standard

And this SQL  doesn't return any rows

SQL>   1* select bug_number from ad_bugs where bug_number='9239090'
