Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Inter-org transfer: "INV Transaction Worker" completes normal, but sometime no material is transacte

Hi all,

we are on 12.1.3 with WIP but no MES or OPM.

When doing an inter-org transfer the "INV Transaction Worker" completes normal, but sometime the completion text in the details window shows:

"no concurrent manager is defined to process this request, so it cannot be processed.

Contact your system administrator to define a concurrent manager to process this request or to verify that exist"

When this message appears no material is transacted.

In one hour I tried it 5 times and got three different results:

1. Inter-org transfer works. I can receive the items in the receiving orgs. Completion text in the request details page is:
