How to avoid holidays and weekend in Check Run

Hi I am looking for any suggested solution to avoid Weekends and holiday for check run and run the checks a day earlier.

Example on Fridays I would like to run Check run for payments due on Friday , Sat and Sunday. Same thing for holiday.

Any suggestions?
