invalids after the R12.1.3 Install

Hi,

We are having invalids after R12.1.3 Install and applying EBS: R12.1 Oracle Financials Recommended Patch Collection (RPC) [ID 954704.1]) patches .
Please let us know how to resolve this invalids.

We have done R12.1.1 fresh intsallation and then upgraded to R12.1.3 and applied above financial patches (RPC), after applying RPC, we see the invalids
