current approver is not receiving any approval in pending approvals page from istore accont

Hi ,

I have setup one of the organizations istore primary user as current approver in sysadmin

using How to Ensure that new iStore Business User Approval Goes To Primary User and Not To Sysadmin (Doc ID 368502.1

• Assigning primary user with the JTF_APPROVER role
• CRM HTML Administration>Users>Registration>User Maintenance

Now every time after creating new users approvals are sent to respective primary users and to current user in sysadmin(in application) but the same current user is not able to see any approvals in

istore(in pending approvals page)

My requirement:When creating new user approvals should be sent to respective organizations primary user(THis is working ) and to merchants primary user(Done setup as mentioned above but approvals are not sent ti istore account)
