Physical Standby Issue

Hi Everyone,

I have been getting my physical standby going out of sync with my primary database.

my current version of Oracle is 10.2.0.5 on OEL 5.7 Xbit. both my primary and phyical standby are on two seperate node.

this is been happening on last few month.  it is Maximum availability mode and with DG monitoring +fast start failover On.

below is my error:
