How To Use Symbolic URL on Product Configurator?

Scenario is as follows:

There is a requirement that needs mobile products, i.e. cellphones/mobile phone,  get their Accessory details, including an image, in real time by making a Web Server call to an external system that carries these accessories. The solution was thought around using the sample of creating a Link on a form applet which, on clicking the hyperlink, an external application in open using Symbolic URL. 

 

In other words, it is necessary to be able to bring Accessories from an external system by clicking the on the Name of the mobile phone/cellphone when customizing the cellphone.
