General Leger Budgetary Control Results Report Messaging

Summary budgetary control is in place for a public sector organization. When a GL journal is entered and passes summary budgetary control, the budgetary control results reports has the message "This account does not require funds check for all the detail expense lines linkd to the summary account. I believe this is the expected message for these lines as the summary account line on the report shows that it passed funds check. and, since summary budgetary control is in place, the detailed expense lines themselves, are not subject to funds check

When a summary account fails funds check, the individual expense lines have the message: This account caused a summary account to fails funds check while the summary account line on the report has the message this summary account failed funds check. Again , I believe this is expected functionality.
