Our production Hyperion Planning crashes since 9/6/2013 every other day now

Dear Hyperion Guru,

We are currently running Hyperion Planning release 1.1.2.2.302 along with Workforce and CapEx application.

We went live on March-2013 and everything was going as far as user accessing our Hyperion Planning production instance and users were able to query and or input their forecast and budget numbers as they needed.

Starting on Friday, 9/6/2013 we start seeing that our Hyperion Planning production instance is crashing due to "Out Of Memory" error. It is now 9/17 and we have crashed at least 7 times since 9/6. We have opened a SR SEV1 with Oracle support and so far they are NOT able to find a solution for this issue. We have provided them with log files, debugs and gathering of all our web form. They think that few of our web form may result to large data and that is why once this happen our Hyperion server crashes due to OutOfMemeory error.
