How Can I see who created a Customer Account in Oracle EBS?

I am trying to find our who specifically created a customer account in Oracle EBS and can't figure out where to go.  I can easily see who entered an order by going to HELP - RECORD HISTORY but I don't see a similar option for finding out who created a customer account.  If anyone knows how I can do this I would appreciate it. We have a case where Customer Accounts are being created and I want to be certain that they are only being created by authorized employees.
