CPU Patches July 2013

Release 12.0.2

We are applying July 2013 cpu patches for EBS, Discoverer, DATABASE 11.2.0.3 and  Oracle WEBLOGIC.

I have followed the following MOS documents:
1)-Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 11i and 12 Critical Patch Update Knowledge Document (July 2013) (Doc ID 1559732.1)
2)-Reference Oracle (Doc ID 437878.1) Upgrading OracleAS 10g Forms and Reports in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12

My questions are related to some clarifications:

1)-The title of the patch Patch 13367912 mentioned in one of the documents "APPS6: WE NEED TO SET REPORTS_DEFAULT_DISPLAY=NO FOR ZLINUX IN REPORTS.SH "
the title "ZLINUX" shows that it is related with the Linux server , but one the other hand it is shown "Classifications as "GENERIC". do we need to apply this patch ?
