Memory Utlization high even after applying patch 1344029

Hi

Recently I have upgraded my Oracle database to 11.2.0.3 on AIX 7.1 Platform.  After upgrading My AIX Server Memory Utilization is always 99%.  As per the metalink I have installed Patch 1334029 .  Even after applying the patch My Memory Utilization is same 99%. One of the Metalink article (14334680) suggested to apply IBM Interim Patch IV21116.    On verifying the same in AIX,  I have installed  AIX 7.1 TL 02  and the interim patch is already installed.  Can somebody guide me how to address this memory Utilizaiton issue in AIX 7.1 TL 02 level
