Min Max Planning ignoring existing Purchase Requisitions

Hi,

Each time Min Max Planning runs it generates new Purchase Requisitions regardless of existing PRs. Over a weekend there are three separate PRs generated for each item below Min, shouldn't the process net off against any existing raised Req that would satisfy the demand?
