Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How can I add Hover form to Data Item MCU

When adding a hover form using P958973 what should be the application name and the form name to be used

The idea is to display the MCU description on P4310
