APTB is out in a period during AP reconciliation

Hi all,
We reconciled AP successfully till period of May-13; but getting APTB value less than expected (calculated) value. Hope the reason is that some prepayments are applied in Jun-13 which are paid in any previous period.

However need help to know the reason(s) to have APTB value not equal to calculated value & more important to know the detail of problematic invoices which caused the same.

Feel free to have query(s) if more clarification is required to get info more understandable.
