Intra-EU VAT Audit Trail (APXTAVAR) - any equivalent report in R12

We are upgrading from from EBS 11.5.10 to R12.1.3We had created a custom report using APXTAVAR.rdf in 11i which is the Intra-EU VAT Audit Trail report.
In R12 this report is disabled and there is no APXTAVAR.rdf in $AP_TOP/reports/US.

I would like to know if an equivalent report exists in R12.1.3 for the 11i Intra-EU VAT Audit Trail (APXTAVAR)
