Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Access to appraisals

Hi,

Its important for our client that both the appraisee and their manager have a 'write' access to the employee's appraisal at the same time.

Is there a way to chieve this.

i have seen that employee has to allow access to manager, and both don't have the 'Update' access together.
