change ip address for ldoms via ops center

 We have a scenario where a T5 VM for SPARC server and logical domains were provisioned and installed with ops center.  We now want to change the ip address for this one ldom.  So we defined the new network in the default network domain, attached it to the Control domain and the logical domain and gave it an IP addres (a corresponding vsw was created on the control domain by ops center).  We then proceeded to detach the original network from the logical domain. 
The issue is that this logical domain is no longer reachable by ops center.  What are we missing? Any ideas how on how to change ip addresses in ldoms?
