Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Define OSB Rates

Hi Gurus-

Would like to seek your expertise on how I can configure the OSB rates for the following scenario:

a. Medical Employee Rate for option 1 is based on 1.5% of Gross bi-wkly Pay. Then for option 2, it's 1.5% plus a flat amount.

b. While for Employer rate is based on a flat amount less the Employee Contribution.

I appreciate your inputs.
