Would someone please be able to send me a screenshot of vanilla locale settings for "ENU" ?

Hi All,
I assume that locale settings for "ENU" (from Administration - Data -> Locale) have been modified in all our environments. I need to know the vanilla values.
Since I don't have a sample DB here currently, would someone be able to post a screenshot of the default ENU settings for Date Format, Number Separators etc.?
A screenshot of the lower applet would be enough.
