ORA-01403: No data found error while quering the exsisting credit memo

Hi,

We are getting the below error when we are trying to query the Credit Memo which has been applied and closed before,but now it is not retrieving and displayes the below message.

FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.

I have verified the below notes and made the Rerence field null but still it is not working.
