OVN on windows 2012

 Having a Windows 2012 environment installed with the OVN Windows Host Drivers 5.1.0.
1)
When installing the drivers, there is no possibility to select "IPoIB" as with the previous versions for 2003/2008, so there is no IPoIB available, When checking the linstallation log file it also says "

  XsigoDrivers_Installed: UseInbox=FALSE calling xgpreinst.bat scmdLinArg: NOINSTALL_IPOIB win2012

  XsigoDrivers_Installed: EVENT:XsigoDrivers_Installed: preinstall command: C:\Windows\system32\xsigo\XgPreInst.bat NOINSTALL_IPOIB win2012

So how to enable the IPoIB possibilities?

I can't find any binaries for native Infiniband support at all. How do I access tools like 
- ibping, , ibstat, ibnetdiscover etc.

The server had the Mellanox WinOfed stack installed priot to installing the OVN host drivers, and the  IB HCA's are Mellanox ConnectX2
