RFQ - How to update a sealed Quote

Hi

We have made an RFQ for construction materials. The negotiation is still open. One of the invited supplier has sent is quote. The quote is scealed. This supplier just realised that he forgot something is his quote. He says that he is unable to update his quote.

What are the steps for him or for us to do, so he can make change to his quote?
