Does IRM Apply to newly installed 8.1.1.10 Build (Windows) while using a cloned Database of our Sieb

 Hello Guru's,
Question around upgrade.  We have an environment (mix mode) of Windows and Linux running on 8.1.1.9. for our PRODUCTION.  We are building a new set of environment for 8.1.1.10 version.  We've cloned our PROD database and use it for our new Windows build.  With this approach, what steps do we have to complete to Merge the repository of 8.1.1.9 with the newly shipped SRF from 8.1.1.10 build?
