Reporting Level in Aging - 7 Buckets - By Account Report

 Hi

When I run the Aging - 7 Buckets - By Account Report

I click on Parameters. I am unable to change the very first parameter "Reporting Level". It defaults to Operating Unit. When I click on the ... , It does not allow me to choose from LOV.

Other users can change the Reporting Level to Set of Books, The LOV Pops up when they click on ...

How can I fix this...
