Can attachments be saved to Document Object Subclasses in Agile PLM?

I am wondering if it is possible to save an attachment on the attachment tab of a document object subclass so that each time a user goes to create that document object, the attachment is already there?  This is particularly useful if you have a checklist or form that goes with the document object.
