Formatting Page Three Attributes

Newbee Question...

I would like to format some of the fields on Page Three to look like attachment...Numeric field with a drop-down list to choose from horizontal to the numeric field.  I have looked through the Admin Guide and am not able to find direction on how to do this.  Could someone please help with how to format it in Agile?  Version using is 9.3.1.2

Height (Number Field for User to Enter Data)     drop down list with ft., in., etc listed
