Hyperion 11.1.2.1 data load time varies significantly

Hello,

Our users are experiening FDM data load time variation with same data load volume.  The size of the file is 8 mb ideal scenario is 40 minutes, but sometimes it takes 60 minutes.  The FDM  and sql server database (2008) are installed on different server.  My traceroute between two server is coming up with only one hop, so I have tested that.  The import is "Bulk Insert" for the location where fdm script .uss is being used to load data; so it is NOT "sql insert".  Can anyone think any reason behind this significant variation.
