Integration between OTL and OLM ?

 Do we have any solution or workaround for this requirement:-

Employees who attend classes through OLM and don't punch in office area should not be marked as absent in OTL system(OTL is taking inbound data from punch machine). 
Any sort of integration or interface between OTL and OLM ?
