New Supplier Registration Request

Hello,
Client is using R12 iSupplier Portal / Supplier Profile Managment. If an internal users submits a NEw Supplier Registration request using the Supplier User Management responsibility; are they notified automatically once the request is approved by the Supplier Profile Administrator?
