R07500 writes City Tax records to F069016 with SCOD = 2-char State Code (e.g. MI = Michigan)  This should be City Code for AAI processing to use *STAT and copy SCOD to Subsidiary

We installed JDE in 2000 and have not used Vertex Geocoding except for manually updating the Employee Work/Residence field in the Employee Master.  When we install the Vertex monthly updates, we do not run the Geocoder R07500.

We just upgraded from 9.0 to 9.1 and we are using Vertex 3.1.0 and it was identified (SR 3-7772948301) that Geocoder R07500 must be run to populate the F0701735.  In doing so, it also updated out F069016 table.  For our city income tax withholding records (Tax Type PTAX = "M"), the Statutory Code SCOD was updated with our State Value (Michigan = "MI").  Previously we had put a Statutory Code to define the city (e.g. City of Port Huron Geocode 231471470 = "POR").
