3480000 : 11.5.10.2 : Multiple errors while applying this maintenance pack

HI Srinivas : 


This thread will help you with the following issue. 
 
While applying patch 348000 we got different issues like version check error,relink failed while applying this patch and couple of times the worker failed.

So,I have uploaded patch,relink,failed worker logs.Please verify and suggest ASAP.
