BSSV Install

Has anyone tried to install more than one BSSV environment to the same Application Server/HTTP combination before and been successful?  I'm finding that everything works great until you actually try to install the two .war files via the toolset.  When I did this to a server already configured to run the DV910 BSSVs it deleted the DV910 war file and installed the PY910 war file.
