Can change user password in web client ?

 Hi, there. When user is using webclient, is there a place for them to change the password?  2nd question is that if user change password from A to B ...then, can user change back to A ?FYI, i prefer not to use Fat client in P98OWSEC to overwrite  the password without their knowing.
