Journal Source Transaction Number and Description

Hi,

My requirement is we want to get the Journal Source Transaction Number and its description. For example we have a journal with Source 'Payables' and the Invoice number is stored in

reference_5 of gl_ge_lines tables . So I want to know for different sources like Receiving etc in which columns the Transaction number and its description is stored.

Any help is much appreciated.
