Golden gate configuration between sql server and oracle - Unable to start the extract

Hi,

Thanks in advance.

I am trying to start the extract from command prompt by issuing the following command,

>extract paramfile dirprm\inext.prm reportfile dirrpt\inext.rpt

but getting the exception like process is abending.


Herewith am attaching the logs for your reference
