R12.1.3 Widnows : Error applying patch FNDLOAD A syntax error occurred at line 889 in file ...\appl\

Hi,
while applying R12.HR_PF.A.DELTA.10 patch, we are facing issue:

Log file: \oracle\PROD\apps\apps_st\appl\admin\PROD\log\US_hxczzprfopt00053_ldt.log
Error calling FNDLOAD function.

Current system time is Wed Sep 18 16:48:36 2013
A syntax error occurred at line 889 in file...\appl\fnd\12.0.0\patch\115\import\afscprof.lct

I also seen the solution in meta-link (R12 Patch Application Fails Running FNDLOAD with Error A syntax error occurred at line ... in lct file (Doc ID 1513604.1)
in it they specified to apply some patch (Patch 11072961)  to solve the issue...

what my doubt is will this above doc works with my issue, will it solve the problem...?
