Warning is coming in Interface Trip Stop - SRS

Dear All,
I have created One Internal Sales Order through Internal Requisition. On the internal requisition Item quantity was 1 but in the Order Organizor form I changed it and make the Quantity of about 20. After that I perform the Release Sales Order and thorugh which report of Pick Slip is generated correctly. Then in the Transaction form I just changed the shipped quantity as 1 and rest of the quantity is backordered. after that Ship confirm report runs, i just run the Interface Trip Stop - SRS but it completes with the warning and the line status is still showing
