How to disable un wanted tax codes in the tax classification

Hi Team

Can you please suggest for below requirement.

We are using Tax manager. We need to generate separate Input tax and Output tax account for Tax codes. Can you please let me know how can i achieve with this requirement. By default system is generating one tax recoverable/liability account.

Also let me know how to disable tax codes in the tax clasification for payable module. Need to disable for payable module
