How to revert/rollback EBS 11i application CPU patches?

Hi Team,

Customer has deployed JUL-13 CPU patch at application and now want to revert the same.
As per pre-requisite check for 16772118 patch at their environment they were required to apply 5502871, 6117031, 17161889 patches as pre-requisite (in same order).

Please provide us the way to revert/rollback the CPU patches.
