Approval Workflow for Item creation or adjustments

Dear Guru's,

I have a business requirement as below.

whenever a business user tries to creates or adjusts Items Price in the Price List Setup window(under Oracle Order Management responsiblity), It should go for approval.

Please advice, is this achievable ?.
