Asset BOM to be associated at Asset Number level

Hi

I have a requirement. Customer is currently on Maximo. We have 1,20,000 assets to be migrated to Oracle.

They do not have any concept of Asset Group. In Oracle, Asset Group is required.

They are ready to do the grouping at high level. E.g. Asset Group - Ball Valve, Under which, they have multiple types - Ball Valve 2 Inch, 4 Inch etc, All these are attached to the same asset group "Ball Valve". But 2 inch and 4 inch will have deifferent Asset BOM.

Asset Specicifcations are linked to asset group - We decided to use the asset number DFF to capture. Failure codes are more generic, Hence we do not have much challenges.
