Charge Labor Based on Technician Skills

Hi,

We have a business scenario where Labor Charge varies based on the Skills of Technicians. Is there any way we can relate debriefed labor chagres with Technician's Skill?

We are thinking of going with Skill Based Labor Items. Is there a better way to manage this?
