Missing Views in Test after 8.1.1.10 Upgrade

 We upgraded one of our Siebel dev systems to 8.1.1.10 and did the Incremental Repository Merge.

With that came some NEWviews.

 I migrated the new repository to our test environment

In Test I see the NEW views in Siebel Tools, but they don't show in the GUI.

 Other than manually adding them in Administration-Application->Views, is there something that can be done for them to be displayed in the GUI?
