General Ledger journal lines not all visible.

Hello all, I'm needing a bit of assistance in determining why not all journal lines are visible. When I query a batch (i.e.   Payables A 67012 1663070) I'm only able to see one of three lines. Same goes for any other batch I query. I've double checked to insure no personalizations have been set, I also took the seeded menu and placed it within our menu unprompted to see if there were any missing functions but to no avail. I've included a screenshot. I did search however there seemed to have been one, maybe tow other loosely related posts from years ago that
