PAY: Duplicate Element Entries

Hello,

We have noticed a couple of employees for differnent pay periods that their element entries are duplicated. In the sense, when they entered a vacation element for say, 5 hours for a certain pay period, it is creating multiple element entries. So, in this case, it created 5 lines so, 5*5 = 25 hours was taken out of their vacation balance.

I am unable to find out why the vacation lines were duplicated. It does not happen on all the enployees, but so far we noticed that this happended for two different field employess on two different pay periods, and on both sick and vacation elelments,
