Oracle EBS : Displying attached PDFs via oracle forms

 Hello evrybody,
We are currently creating a custom form that will be integrated in Oracle apps menus, and in this form we want to have buttons that will display attached PDFs on click.

Can you please guide us, or tell us if there are APIs that we can use?
